In November, I was diagnosed with mono. I've gotten past the feeling sick part, but am still dealing with the fatigue and lack of energy. Because of the mono I've also suffered from mild depression and anxiety since I haven't been able to get enough rest and I've been dealing with the stress of classes and exams. I'm only able to get 5-6 hours of sleep per night because of my housing situation, so I'm making very slow progress towards getting better. It's just been really frustrating trying to get through class and such when I have no energy and don't feel like myself, and when my friends don't understand since what I'm feeling isn't something they can see. I'm making it through classes and my grades aren't suffering too much, but it is a challenge. Does anyone have any advice as to how to get through this semester with mono?
