how to take notes more efficiently?

<p>Do many of you find that when you take notes out of a textbook, you tend to forget them after a few days? That happens to me all the time. how do I make myself take notes that will stay with me for a long time?</p>

<p>I don't take notes, when I read something I normally memorize it. If not, I re-read it again.</p>

<p>Do either, but do what works for you not everyone else.</p>
