How to take sat good?

I am an international student. I am studying to take SAT. But SAT verbal section is very hard for me? How should I prepare for SAT verbal? Please help me!

me also an international student. I guess we should start mugging up wordlists while simultaneously doing the passage based ones.

Also be aware that at some US Universities (but by no means all), they will accept the result in the TOEFL as a replacement for the SAT verbal. If English is not your first language, you may well consider taking the TOEFL as it allows the school to see your English schools in context. However, as at almost all American universities, nearly all courses are taught in English, having enough English to understand your classes and potentially contribute to a classroom discussion is considered essential.

Hmm, I was reading somewhere (can’t remember where and can’t post links) that word lists aren’t actually that helpful? I don’t actually know.

Apparently, it says that most of the words on the SAT won’t appear on the word lists. Hence, there isn’t really much use reading word lists.
