<p>I signed up for the 2-hour tour at 2pm, so once we're done with that, my dad and I are planning on visiting some of the off-beaten areas, or places we didn't spend too much time with. I definitely want to see the Swamp and the art galleries. </p>
<p>I know parking is atrocious, but would anyone have any advice on how to get around UF with these spots in mind? My dad assumes we're be able to park alongside these stops. However, I think it would be best to walk (UGH, in 90+ degree weather!) or take the bus routes.</p>
<p>The best thing to do is park in the union and walk/get on the bus from there. Unless your going to see the school after 5 pm your not going to be able to just park and get out at all the places you would like.</p>
<p>You will finish your tour in the Swamp. If you or your dad are football fans, there’s a really nice (air conditioned) room there with memorabilia and video and stuff from Gator football. As for visiting other sites, plan to walk. You cannot drive from place to place and park, the parking is extremely restricted and enforced.</p>
