It had a list of five things, numbered. Number 3 was:

Check the status of your application. It is your responsibility to make sure that your application is complete and that all required credentials have been received by us. You can check the status of your application by going to http://axess.stanford.edu/ and logging in with your Stanford ID number (shown at the top of this email). Before the end of November, you will be sent an email informing you of any credentials which are critical to our evaluation process that are missing. If we are missing any credentials, you will have until November 26 to submit them without any disadvantage to your evaluation. That email will explain in detail how you should submit any missing credentials so it is important that you do not fax or mail duplicate copies before then.

did you get your ID and password ?
I tried your way and got response saying they will email me the app status within 24 hours, but didn't mention about ID & pwd thing

I'm having the same problem as Ludicolo. They say that one of my teacher recs. has not been processes yet. I am sure that it was delivered on the 22nd of October (DHL tracking).....so I am a little worried too. I called(twice) and they say, "wait".....

yea..i have the same problem..i sent my sec school report/transcript along with my teacher evaluations throught dhl..the teacher evaluation forms have been processed but the sec school forms have not..i guess they are taking some time to process these documents

first option = stanford...im applying to berkeley, cornell, umich, illi and probably mit...but i know im probably wasting my time applying to mit..almost impossible with my scores..haha

I notice that you are applying to UC B ...and thus I suggest that you could apply to UCLA, UCSD and UC Irvine as well...they use exactly the same app., so you won't have to fill out a lot of them. And they might provide some kind of safety.
Other than that, you might also wanna look at Purdue and RPI.

One other thought for anyone having a similar problem (i.e. a sure-sent document is unprocessed).

I was thinking this morning that I gave the 9x11 mailinglabeled envelope to my high school counselor. The envelope label says "Secondary School Report". Ergo, if one DIDN'T open it, but merely marked down that the SSR was received, one wouldn't mark down other things that are in the envelopes. I presume this is why they prefer the labels... it saves them considerable time in the sorting process.

Given that my high school transcript is marked as unprocessed, but my SSR is received, I suppose it's possible that my counselor forgot to include a transcript, but my favored choice is the possibility that they just don't open things immediatly, and merely base their "what we've received" list off the labels alone.

I submitted my secondary school report online w/ my common apps, and it shows that it is submitted, but axess shows that it's "Not Yet Processed."

Is there a separate list in the email saying, things that aren't submitted, as opposed to things that aren't processed? Does anyone have BOTH of these lists? I only had a "sent in/waived" list, and a "not yet processed" list. Are the things on the "not yet processed" list necessarily received but not yet processed, or would it say this if they haven't recevied it, either?

Not yet processed is the only one that I think is there...Also I don't think its likely that they mark without opening....My couns. sent it the same way but the transcript and the SSR is marked as RCVD.....
My problems are with the Teacher Evaluation2 which I am sure they rcvd. on 22nd October....DHL tracking...yet it still shows up as 'not yet processed' ...I called (twice) btw, and they said to wait for an e-mail.....

I tried to login using the ID several times and simply resorted to using the submit applicant email page. The email listed the following as not processed or completed

Credentials Not Yet Processed:

Application and Supplement
Application Fee
Secondary School Report
High School Transcript

Which does not make quite a lot of sense as my teacher evaluations were sent in with my secondary school report and high school transcript...The real thing that is bugging me though is the fact that my SAT scores haven't been processed. I put stanford on the list of 4 schools I can send score reports to for free with my October test and the scores are only supposed to take 1-2 weeks to be sent. I logged onto CB and it says the score reports are "pending." Anyone know what that means?

Scores reports that are pending haven't been sent yet and are still being processed. As for your evaluations, don't worry, they'll get processed in the next few days. Two days ago my SCR and my transcript hadn't been processed and now Stanford has everything they need to give me a decision.
