how to transfer in one year to uc

take a lot of ap's in high school (like 5 total). first, report the aps to uc's u applied to, make sure ap's get transferred to ur ccc transcript, and wait.

i got into ucr, so it WORKS.

waiting for la,berkeley, santa barbara.

if u transfer in one year, u are in the same ground as everybody else because:
u can complete igetc and tap and major requirements.

i think personally transfring in one year is easier than doing it in two years because they look at only fall grades! and u can put some extra effort to fall semestre to achieve 4.0!!!! HAHA. aren't i a genius???

no. .

"i got into ucr, so it WORKS."

must be true

I meant, no, he's not a genius LOL

Two of my friends transferred to UCLA after only 1 year and they didn't need a lot of APs. I think only 2 or 3

All you need is like 60 units....so 25 first sem, 10 during winter and 25 in spring and you would be eligible for the uc without any AP...

And like Laguna said, there are several people from our school that transfered to the UC in 1 year....I met two girls the other day at the bank who transferred to ucla from mtsac in 1 year....

Trivia, that's 60 semester units. In the semester system, there is only Fall and Spring. You're thinking of quarter, which requires 90 units. So, it's a bit tougher than you might imagine. But, if one intends to do so, starting in the summer after high school is crucial.

there's the winter intersession which I think trivia is talking about

^ ya...thank you

altho i just remembered.....we just implemented winter intersession this year...so i guess unless you took 30 units a semester last year...you prob won't be able to transfer out in 1 year (without ap) from mtsac....

みんなで頭が悪いだね。 みんなはばかだよ。 日本語を知らないから。

わたし は 日本語 はなしますよ^^

shouldn't it be 'wo' hanasu

我不懂韩语。:(
10char

they're typing japanese... not korean

it's pretty incredible. transfering in one year is actually easier. like i said, ur gpa is bound to be a 4.0, u will appear utterly brilliant with all the igetc and tap finished with an essay that just blows away the reader with ur divine greatness and brilliant ideas. this is the way to make it clear to all the uc's that u are not a trifling student, but a SERIOUS intellectual with gigantic ambitions and capability.

Not to mention if you have the 4.0 which was the case for my friends you get invited to apply for regents

they have regents for transfer?

I love the way sauron uses the word 'greatness.' He'll have trouble writing his essay to transfer unless he studies Keanu Reeves in "Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure." Then he would improve his vocabulary and start using words like "...Bogus....man!!!!!"

By the way Sauron, will you be playing Jippi at home/reading Gibbons or exploring the library this weekend? Vendredi?

charizardpal, i think ur going off topic here. this thread is about transferring in one year. in other words, it's about praising me and admiring my greatness instead of belittling my peculiar vocabulary.
