I once uninstalled AIM and used the Content Advisor feature of Internet Explorer to prevent myself from going to the AIM website. It worked. Until.... I got Mozilla. In which I found a way to go around the barrier and install AIM again. Now I'm logging on AIM for apparently no reason at all, and getting addicted while I wait for someone to message me. It's really getting to be bothersome. Any other ideas to keep AIM uninstalled once I uninstall it? (which I just did).

If you really never want to be on Aim again, then make up some long obscure password, write it down, and then put it in a hard to get place. (after changing yours of course.) If you really need it later, you can get it. For this to work, do not store your password on the computer.

Delete your buddy list too...so if you ever do somehow log in...there'll be no one to IM.
