How to update fall and spring grades on UC Application?

Hello, I was just waitlisted from UC Davis.
I was informed that I need to update my fall 2017 grades, and estimate my spring 2018 grades.
However, on the UC application page, I only see hyperlinks that allow me to update things such as my SAT/ACT, personal information, TOEFL, and other things. No links that bring me to where I need to go to update my GPA.
Can anybody help?

You would update your grades in the UC Davis portal. This is specific for UCD since you are on their waitlist.

A couple of day ago, in the portal, I entered my estimated spring grades in the additional comments section and submitted the page. Today I checked and the additional comments box is empty. Did Davis receive the original comment I sent (is it a system where after submitting the page the box clears so you can submit another comment if needed)?
