How to Use the Blue Book?

So I've acquired the hallowed blue book from a friend, primarily for the practice tests which don't come with explanations. My test is in about a week, I'm aiming for 2300+ (got a 2100 cold last time) and I'm sort of panicking because, especially in math, I feel a bit unprepared. Everything else I'm fine with, but I wanted to know, what exactly is supposed to be so helpful about the blue book? Is it just the experience with taking the test over and over again, or the actual concepts that come before the practices?

Man ,after doing the whole BB ,I never faced a sphere-cube problem .Then,I took the SAT and I had to deal with a cube INSCRIBED in a sphere !!!We still havent reviewed that kind of problems at school and I was unprepared.I dont think the BB can prepare u that much for the math problems.
However,it is perfect for CR and WR practice

Analyze the questions. Read the Xiggi thread for tips.

You’ll learn the most during the time you spend reviewing your mistakes. Don’t just take a test, grade it, and move on to the next one. You won’t learn anything without carefully analyzing the questions you miss.
