Hello! I have just started volunteering at my local hospital, and I was wondering how I can possible make this look good on college apps. For example, are there ways to become a leader there or something else distinguishable? Thank you!
You will just cite it as volunteering/service, explain the role as it is, you can’t make it into something it isn’t. You are not a leader because you are a minor child being supervised in a (well known to colleges) volunteer role. There is no embellishment. Colleges know what this is. Can YOU explain the role?
