<p>yea, send an email with your name, birthday, and maybe social security number notifying them that you have been accepted to cornell under the early decision option and therefore must withdraw your app...it has to be written, it cannot be over the phone because then anyone could simply call and tell them so and so is withdrawing their app</p>
<p>I'd send letters- it's a bit more thoughtful, I think.
But I'm sure an email or letter would be fine.</p>
