It’s hard to find info on the U of Minn website (or the portal) about how to notify the school that you’ve decided to go elsewhere. Anyone know what to do?

Send admissions an email. That’s what my D did.
Email admissions with your First name, Last name, Full address including zipcode and Date of birth. My D sent them an email letting them know she is declining and they replied asking for above information.
I think e-mail seems like the best way to go, but there was also a form included with the admission letter that you could send back declining the offer.
