How To Work On Time Management...

As everyone knows, the ACT is about time management, something I have been struggling with. I have done 2 practice tests, and in both of those practice tests, I have finished both English and Reading tests 8 minutes past the time limit.

I have gotten the scores I wanted, I just need to get through the test at a faster rate.

Does anybody know what I can do to work on this?

Calculate how much time you have for each question (or passage, whatever you prefer; for math it’s usually questions, but science is passages) so that you’ll have 3 minutes in the end to check, put a timer where you can see the time clicking in front of you while you take the test, and do many, many practice tests.
