How to write the time spent for an activity like debate?

<p>There is no continuous work.</p>

<p>We do intense work during tournaments...10 or more hours a day during the actual tournament and around 3-5 a day before.</p>

<p>We have a few workshop sessions where we again work for 2 hours a day for 5-6 days.</p>

<p>There are a few of them the year.</p>

<p>But usually we do nothing. Nada.</p>

<p>How do I say this in the ECA list in the common app? esp the time thing?</p>

<p>Estimate the number of hours spent over the actual number of weeks spent a year eg 30 hours x 8 weeks and put that down.</p>
