@collegechick2000 , I can’t think of anything offhand because neither of my sons had tutors or really did any organized prep for math (one did do a one time 3 hour class in 10th grade that dealt with both CR and math-didn’t really help much). There are definitely courses out there that you can pay for. I know there are books in the library you could take out about SAT math prep if you don’t want to buy them. Some high schools may have SAT prep groups , computer programs that kids can access so check with your guidance counselor to see if anything like that is available. My kids were never able to take advantage of that kind of free thing at school because it conflicted with sports practices. But those kinds of things are out there and I’ll bet there are even things online that are free if you do some googling. Take advantage of anything you can to help you. You are on the right track. Good luck and hopefully someone has some good ideas for you.
Do more practice tests and go through the answers on the questions you missed. There are some suggestions on the SAT/ACT subforum on how to improve your Math score. You should worry more about your Math score than not taking AP Physics for applying to engineering schools.
Thanks! I signed up for the June ACT so we’ll see how that goes
