<p>Does a student have to declare a minor prior to taking all the classes required for that minor? Or can a student already have completed enough credits in a minor, and then after the fact declare that minor? </p>
<p>What if the minor is not in their own college? Is it as simple as filling out the form and following the instructions that are online?</p>
