<p>I'm applying to MSU (OOS), how does the transcript sending work? Do I do it after I submit my online app? Before I submit it? Does it matter? Do I have to personally ask my counselor to send it, or does MSU automatically request it?</p>
<p>I sent mine shortly after I submitted my app, and by shortly I mean like two or three days after. I did have to ask my counselor to send it.</p>

<p>Are you in a Michigan high school? If so, you should be able to send it through Parchment. Thats what I am trying to do right now at least, but the site is down.</p>
