How will another withdrawal impact me?

Hello,

I'm stuck between a rock a hard place. Unfortunately, I decided to take too many upper level courses this semester and now the work is unbearable to the point where I'm working 8 hours a day on top of going to class just to keep up with everything and I'm considering withdrawing from a class. My problem is that I have three withdrawals on my transcript (technically I only withdrew from two classes) and I'm wondering how negatively a fourth (third) will affect me in terms of work opportunities and possibly an MBA.

My first withdrawal was from a physics for engineers class, the instructor had a very thick Vietnamese accent and I wasn't getting anything out of the class. I also decided I was going to double major in accounting and management information systems so it wouldn't have been helpful to me. However, by withdrawing from the class I received a W for that class and another W because I was enrolled in the optional study class.

My next withdrawal was a semester where I decided to take 6 classes and after the add/drop period I realized that it was too much work, I'm kind of in the same hole now except I'm only taking 5 classes.

If I withdraw from this class I will have to go to school for an extra semester to make up for the requirement and credits, cost is not an issue.

I currently have a 3.76 GPA (in my majors of accounting and management information systems its higher at 3.88). I'm just wondering how negative it would be to have four or three whichever way you count it withdrawals on a transcript and how going to school for 4.5 years as opposed to 4 years would look to possible future employers or grad schools.

Thanks!

Your gpa is great. You will be able to explain yourself . It’s common sense that 6 classes is one too many, most reviewers will look at that and understand right away.
