How will C in Physics affect chances

So I've been doing pretty well in my pre-med classes up until this semester. I got an A in General Chem I & II, A in General Bio, B in Physics I, A- in analytical chemistry (which my school requires to take Orgo). This semester has been rough though, taking 17 hours. Going into finals I'll end up with a B-B+ in Orgo I, and a C in Physics II, and a B-B+ in Inorganic Chemistry. I'm a sophomore currently and disregarding this semester have a 3.8 GPA. How will this bad of a semester look to med schools, especially because I am a sophomore and especially considering my poor performance in Physics? (I'll probably end up with a total overall GPA of 3.5) I am confident that I can step up my game next year but I don't know if it will be too late. Probably taking a Gap Year anyway, but any advice?

Thanks!

What is your MBCP GPA? (Math-Science) This is evaluated in addition to your overall GPA

Before this semester it was a 3.78 and after it will probably be 3.44. I’ll be sure to raise that junior year though.

I won’t say it will dash your chances, but you will be applying a different tier of med schools. So if you want to keep it in higher tier, you have to at least bring up sGPA to 3.5ish. Nevertheless, it really does not matter which med school you go to for practitioners, research, it will be another matter.
