How will getting 2 B's senior year affect my chances at an ivy league?

I’ve been a valedictorian all throughout high school. last year, as a junior, I took five weighted classes, 3 of which were AP’s. In sophomore and freshman year, I took the hardest classes available at my school (honors english, math, science). this year, i wanted to challenge myself with five ap’s. unfortunately, i may get a B’s in ap physics and calculus (ab). i want to go into biology/biochemistry. how will this affect my chances at an ivy league and top research institutions like caltech and mit? thanks in advance for any help

seeing as they are both in core engineering/STEM courses (physics and calc) I would say they will have a larger effect on CIT and MIT. It will have a smaller effect on ivies, but sizable nonetheless
