I recently submitted my SAT scores to Penn, but have not yet submitted the CommonApp or Supplement. I don't plan to do that till around October 31, so I won't have a Penn Portal or anything like that until after the deadline. So....how am I supposed to know that my scores have been received, and when are they sent since the October SAT results are included???

bump bump bump

Once you submit your app, you get the famous “Penn Applicant ID” - you can check the site periodically to see what was and was not obtained.

EDIT: Oh, you can’t check until you get the Portal.

Hey,
I submitted my application about 10 days ago…when should i expect to recieve the Penn Portal?

November 1.

are you sure its Nov 1st? i have the same question. doesnt the portal account tell you if you are missing anything. there is so much to submit, what if they did not receive something, then you dont find out until AFTER the deadline? that makes no sense?

It makes sense, you just resubmit. The adcom doesn’t read your entire app right after Nov 1st… put this way - November SAT scores are ok if you rush them - they certainly come after November 1st!

nvr mind i got mine today :)

i have to report all my sat scores that i have taken so far right?
i took in Jan and May and taking another one in nov.
My May sat scores (reasoning) are really bad so I want to report only Jan and Nov scores.
Would Penn know that I also took in May??
Does collegeboard tell them how many I took???
I’m worried
