<p>Everything under requirements says received, and test scores have been received. Is that it, or should there be something else?</p>

<p>When did they download your school report? And when did they update their record regarding that? They have downloaded everything by 10/16 and the school report was the last part. However, it is still shown as “not received” as of today, 12 days later.</p>
<p>Did you get a UMID? How do you check the application status? Common app has green check marks. But, no email from Umich. </p>
<p>Not only that, Common app gave me an error message when I submitted. But, everything is green. Per admission office they received the app. Go figure!</p>
<p>I completed both common App and UM supplement this past weekend. Will I receive an E-mail from school with a UM-ID, perhaps a certain # of business days after this submission in order to check on status of app?
Everything is marked “green” on Common App and all info from school/recommenders, etc. appears to have been sent. Please advise, and thank you.</p>
<p>It took about a week before receiving the email for my D.</p>
<p>They downloaded my school report on the 16th but it still says not received!</p>

<p>Just an update. They finally updated the status for my D’s application and now the school report is shown as received. They also change the date for receiving the school transcript which was already received 2.5 weeks ago.</p>

<p>As a rule, if you submit the completed common application and supplement (including the required school forms and recommendations) before 11:59 PM Eastern Time on November 1, and assuming you have ordered your SAT/ACT (and TOEFL if required) reports sent by October 25, your EA application will be completed on time. It can take a couple of weeks for Wolverine Access to show that the application has been completed though.</p>

<p>Will you be disqualified for EA if a teacher’s recommendation is late? They say some schools are lenient towards late recommendations and reports, but I’m unsure of this. Should I email admissions?</p>
<p>I’ve been on my teacher’s head for over a month about this stupid recommendation and I don’t deserve to be penalized. 
I’m applying for dual admission into LSA and the school of Art and Design and the only one who can do the art rec is your art teacher.</p>
<p>LOR have a different deadline from the EA deadline for students usually.</p>
<p>Michigan is not very lenient and will send you an e-mail if you qualified for early action. If you did not make the date and think you should have you can send an appeal. This is from the UofM admissions web pages:</p>
<p>You must be able to meet the November 1 deadline. This means having all pieces of your application submitted electronically or postmarked by that date. You will need to order your ACT or SAT scores well in advance, and ensure that we receive the School Report and the teacher recommendation letter by the deadline.</p>
