How will my scores relate to the real test?

Hey guys. Today I too a practice test and was wondering how it would relate to the real test? The practice test was from one of the 2012-2013 practice packets I picked up from my guidance counselor so I dont know if its a real test like the ones in the red book. I usually get between a 25-27 so I was kinda surprised when I got a 30 and wanted to see if maybe the practice tests are easier to the books Ive been using (Barrons 36 and the REAL act prep guide) are actually working.

I got:
English:31
Math:33
Reading:29
Science:27

The red book is all that matters. My scores were pretty much identical.

If it was from the ACT makers, it was a real test. Those are the free practice tests they give out every year, so I’m pretty sure it’s on the same level as the red books’ tests.
