How will one 'C' first semester senior year affect me?

Hi,

All through high school I've gotten A's and B's. This semester I am getting all A's except I may get one C (first ever) in AP Physics: C (guess that's what the C stands for! :/)

If this does happen, will it greatly affect college admissions? I am applying to both UCs and privates.

Here are some stats if it helps...
Gpa: 3.6/4.2
ACT: 32
Math II: 710
Bio MOlecular: 710
AP Bio: 4

Thank you!

A C won’t get you rescinded, so when and if you get your acceptances, you’re IN. UC’s don’t ask for a mid year report either…

And feels I’m waiting for my teacher to put in the scores for phys right now…

^what menacing said.

Thanks guys. How bad will it look for regular decision admissions for private schools though?

Your chances would likely have been somewhat better at some schools with a B.

i have friend who got a c in that class in senior year and got accepted to davis
she had almost no ecs but a high sat score
she also got accepted to vanderbilt
so in short you’re good for the mid tier ucs
