How will historians describe him?

A Zionist.

A lunatic.

 @ RioGrandeDoSul

How did Zionist become derogatory? It's like saying being an American or European is derogatory. I think you had too many halusanegetic mushrooms:/

Back into topic befoe I get flamed, he will be forgotten. That's pretty much it. People have really overblown the whole Iraq War. This is NOTHING like Vietnam, no matter how much people might tell you otherwise. (the scale and casualties are MUCH less than Vietnam) In 50+ years from now, it will be forgottento the everyday person. Be it from nuclear holocaust, WW3 (which would tie in with the 1st one) or because it wasn't that big in history. Since there is nothing else noteworthy about his presidency, he'll be forgotten the same way his father is pretty much slipping in the minds of most Americans even though he was President only 14 years ago.

really don't care.........

I know the guy is a terrible president.

You judge someones character by there look???? What the.....

Dude,

how do you vote.....

G-U-NOT:

"He's not good looking so I won't vote for him" :p

Well, regardless of how you feel about the man, I'm sure his article will start with a quote:

""I think we agree, the past is over."

wait one more:

"I would have said yes to abortion if only it was right. I mean, yeah it's right. Well no it's not right that's why I said no to it."

I'm sorry...upon further review, I believe this will be the opening quote for Dubya's encyclopedia article:

"If this were a dictatorship, it'd be a heck of a lot easier...just as long as I'm the dictator..."

At best he'll be one of the forgotten presidents that isn't really that noteworthy, you the one ones that everyone sorta pauses on when they take their citizenship test. "Lets, see Carter, Reagan, Bush, Clinton ummm......damn! I always forget the guy after Clinton!"

I think the more likely outcome is that he'll be considered one of the most controversial presidents in modern times. His reign was riddle with controversial events from the outset. The 2000 debacle, 9/11, the environment (assuming Americans even give a damn in 100 years), the national debt and deficit, the various scandals members of the Administration have been embroiled in and of course the War on Terror. Ultimately, he will judged solely on Iraq (and we'll conveniently forget all about Afghanistan). It all will depend on how Iraq turns out, if it continues the way it has been going, that is to civil war then Bush will be considered a failure.

^^^^^
Naa. In 100 years? The war in Iraq WILL be forgotten in 100 years, I can promise you that. Vietnam has a higher chance of being remembered than this crusade. (and yes, crusade was kinda literal) Once that is forgotten, the man who started it will be forgotten. Him, along with his father will be forgotten. Maybe Clinton, due to his imfamous scandels and personality edge. If the US still exists in 100 years from now, that is.

If the US doesn't exist in 100 years, I'd say the world will probably be in anarchy. It's going to be a long while before the US would ever be wiped off the face of the Earth.

There is no possible way that the US ceases to exist and the rest of the world continues to spin.

Well, what if it splits? Say the Civil War all over again, only they split as 2 seperate countries?

Or if WW3 somehow turns this country into ruins

Or if biological and terrorist attacks in the country would be so severe to completly destabloize the country.

If China, North Korea, Iran, and Russia (say it becomes the USSr again) goes against the Us (which would be WW3)

If corporations took control of the world

If the UN takes control of the world...hey I did that in Civilization 4! It can happen!

If hippies take control of the US.

If violent videogames had no censorship fron the government. O Noes. t3h sky is falling!!!

The sky collapsed.

If we just called quits.

If the movie Independence Day would actually happen and Will Smith died.

I think that's it for now.

I easily see the Russia/NK/China connection happening and realistically, if it were there would be no World, as I said.

like we've said, most of your possibilities involve anarchy around the world or at least the dissolution of all current governments.

I think it's pretty reasonable to say that if the US goes down, with someone like GW in command, we'll take everyone else down with us. ;)

....Bush wouldn't help the anarchy thing, though.

If the US goes down with anyone in command, everyone else is going down as well. There is no possible way there will ever be a conventional war on US soil, none the les a conventional war that the US would lose.

Yea, we're sorta integrated into the rest of the world. Bush...just like Grant and Harding, will be forgotten...I mean, two of the worst presidents in history, and one people didnt even know he's a president, and the other...we'll no ones ever heard of him period. I'm not saying Bush isn't one of the worst presidents, others did things that even in 20/20 hindsight, are worse that whats going on now...but people hate him, alot....then again people hated Truman...even more than Dubya, now look at how people view him. Dont know, dont care..just observance

The history books in the USA 100 years from now will probably have a chapter devoted to him called "El Presidente Bush. ?Loco? ?Magnifico?"
