How would I put this on my application?

<p>Well, freshman year (this past year), I held a few leadership positions, and I'm going to maintain them in sophomore year. However, I will transfer to a math/science school my junior year and will probably lose all my office positions (or most of them) since there will already be seniors there who will most likely hold the positions. </p>

<p>My question is, how would I put the leadership positions on my college apps? Would I specify the years?
What if I'm re-elected to some positions my senior year? Would I do something like </p>

<p>Mock Trial president (2012-2014, 2016)?</p>

<p>Sorry if this is all confusing. I'm just really tired and just wanted to make this post before bed.</p>

<p>There is an activities section on the common app where you write the name of the EC, then in the description you write what you did and that’s where you can add the leadership position</p>
