How would I transfer to UCB?

I am planning to app next year (Am a Freshman right now) but was wondering the exact steps or if Im on the right track to transferring. I've spoken with my counselor but I need to go back because I'm a bit lost again =P

Fall GPA 3.21
Japanese 1 B
Econ (Macro) A
Anthropology (Cultural) B
Art History Western B

Winter (Current)
English 1 (Probably A)
Jazz History (Probably A)

Spring
English 2
Botany
Communications 10
Maybe Math 2 (Precal)
Another class?

Please tell me if I should take any other specific class. Or if I should fix up my spring schedule. I am trying to clear my GE's right now. Aiming to be 3.8+ by the time I apply.
Haas school of business or a Letters and Science major

You're not gonna get into haas without some really good EC or work experience since the avg gpa is 3.87 and the admission rate is 23% for those who actually fulfill the prereqs.

Undergraduate Program - Transfer Statistics - Haas School of Business

I work for my mom in a large fashion and fabric business. She distributes to all the large retailers (Nordstroms, Macys, Walmart,Target, Mervyns before it closed) and works with companies in China, NY, South Korea, etc. She was even in the Wallstreet Journal once. So I think my work experience is set. I dont work a lot but I work 16 hours a week.
But like I said, if it's too competitive for me then I will fall back to a L&S major. Thanks though for that statistics page...Its going to be extremely hard for me to even get chanced for Haas @_@

I've decided to focus on Legal studies. I know its not going to be an easy road but I'm more focused and I know I'll be able to attain 3.8 at least. Please tell me if I should take any specific course. I will keep browsing on Assist. Thankss

How did you come across picking Legal Studies as the alternative major to Business? If you picked it because of the small prerequisites, or any other reasons that you believe will put you ahead in terms of admission, I think you should reconsider. To be frank, Hass does seem a bit unrealistic, so your best bet is a major within L&S. With that said, you should only pick a major from the college that you would likely pursue even after transferring.
