<p>would it go against me if i choose not to send my SAT scores to top schools like Mount Holyoke and Smith college? My SAT scores arent as good.. and they're definitely not what they ask for. But my GPA is really good as well as my extracurriculars!
So since both these colleges are SAT optional, how would it affect me if i choose not to send my SAT scores?</p>
<p>If they offer the option of submitting a paper instead, and you have have a really good one, you may be ok. Otherwise, they will assume if your scores were at or above their average, you would have submitted them–which is not fatal</p>
