I am more that likely going to have a high C in AP Calculus AB due to extenuating circumstances how will that look to college admissions officers at highly ranked colleges and universities

I have a high GPA (3.9 uw) it is just that i will have a high C which does not look good at all; the rest of my grades will be 95 - 100

It depends what kind of extenuating circumstances. If it was a family death or something similar, then you should be okay if you explain it on your application.

Taken at face value, the C is a red flag. Hopefully though, the extenuating circumstances can be explained. Because you have preformed very well in your other classes, they should see that your preformance in the particular Calc class was the result of a circumstance rather than just being a bad student.
