<p>I'm a sophomore in high school so I haven't taken the SAT or ACT yet, but how competitive is the Howard Presidential Scholarship? About how many people get it per year?</p>
<p>You may want to call and ask…it’s probably determined by the amount of students that actually qualify. I bet the numbers change from year to year. </p>
