I got in too! And congrats to everyone else who did also! If I keep my number 2 rank I can get the Legacy Scholarship…so nervous.

did you all use the howard application, or the commonapp?

I used common app…

In with the Capstone Scholarship! I will probably go, I’m just going to wait until I hear back from Lafayette in March (my #1 school) and use Howard’s package as leverage to get a comparable one from them.

Congratulations guys. Theres a lot more of you here then there was my year. Btw if you qualify for a scholarship you’ll most likely get it as long as you applied early

I got accepted too! I’m so excited. The only bad thing is, I didn’t get a scholarship so I have to find a way to pay.

YES! I got in with the Capstone Scholarship. It’s official. Who all is going to ASD?

I live in MD and applied late october and have yet to receive my letter. I live literally 30 minutes from the school. I got in online, but haven’t received anything on scholarships or in the mail.

When will it come? does it come USPS?

I think they mailed decision letters on Wednesday. & it came through FEDEX last year.

Has anyone got their letters yet?
Merry Christmas by the way :)

Nope!! Merry Christmas to all!!

I got the capstone, most definitely going to ASD, need to find upperclassmen to suck up to for books and advice lol.

Congratulations to everyone who got accepted!! Howard is my dream school and although I’m a sophmore in HS, I’m working hard and trying to do my best in school in hopes of getting accepted when the time comes. The only thing that worries me is that I received 2 D’s for each of the semesters for Alg.2 & wanted to know if that would prevent me from getting accepted and if any of you guys that got accepted ever received a D , so i’d know that there’s still hope of getting accepted

Congrats to everyone who got accepted into the Class of 2017; see you guys next fall. I know you hear this tons but don’t slip up at the end of the year…I know two people who got into Howard with 3.4+ gpas but ended their senior years with sub 2.5 gpas and got their scholarships reneged because of it.
