Does anyone have any idea of criteria for presidential scholarship
Hey @jacole, my son was initially offered the Presidential scholarship 2 weeks after being accepted EA in 2019 and later also chosen for the Karsh STEM Scholarship which he accepted in April of 2020. He had a 3.8 UW GPA and 35 ACT score. Howard does not share the requirements for the Presidential Scholarship any longer, but they used to have the requirements on their website in past years and it was a 3.75 GPA and a 34 ACT/1500 SAT on standardized testing. I am not sure what the requirements are today, but I have talked to a couple of other parents of students offered the Presidential Scholarship in 2020 and they were both at or above that previously advertised threshold as well.
