Is there any new criteria for the Presidential, Founders, Capstone, or Legacy Scholarship? Did anyone get the founders or presidential scholarship in the last application cycle? What were your stats. Also, are these scholarships only reserved for Early Action/Decision applicants. I’m an international student with a 1480 SAT and 3.8 G.P.A. Applied RD to Howard in December and got admitted by March 29. I’m wondering if I’ll receive any scholarship.
Did you ever get clarification on requirements for Howard’s merit-based scholarships? My son is expecting to apply EA this fall.
@SpecialK19 Howard took down their specific criteria for scholarships (like a GPA/standardized test score) in the last couple of years, so I just recommend for students to shoot for stats as high as possible above the class of 2023 average for accepted student (3.65 GPA and 1227 SAT from Howard tweet) and hopefully above the 75th percentile of all accepted students.
