Just curious as to how everyone did academically this semester! Did you do better or worse than expected? Are you glad the semester's over, or did you enjoy your classes? Feeling confident about your GPA?

So far I’ve done pretty well grade-wise, but I guess we’ll see how the finals come out lol. I enjoyed my classes for the most part, but I took one to make my adviser happy and one to fill a requirement, so those two weren’t classes that I was looking forward to in the first place. I’m glad the semester is (almost) over; I love school, but I want to go home for a while. I’m pumped for next semester.

People really know already? Got an A in the one class with grades in but just turned in papers like a couple days ago and a final today. Set the curve on tests in another class but again, depends on the paper. Won’t know the other grades till as late as 22nd. I’m optimistic though. And yes, I’m thrilled that it’s over especially with the holiday.

Pretty poorly. Then again, this semester I had two classes that were the hardest I’ve ever taken at uni. Probably gonna get a C in one (first one in college so I don’t care) and a B in the other. My other three classes were fine, probably B+ to A-.

I did crappier than normal.

Semester #1: I did Good.
Semester #2: I did crappy (but not too too crappy)
Semester #3: I did Great
Semester #4: I did Great
Semester #5: I think i’m gonna do “alright”. THIS SEMESTER, I expect:
- One “A”
- One “B+”
- Two “B’s”
- One “C+”

I’ve done alright so far in school (above a 3.0 so I’m okay with that). This semester I didn’t do great. I expect two "A"s, two “B” range grades, one “C” range grade and one grade that could be either a “B” or “C.” Yep, this is CC “bad” guys, sort of sad.

I just had my last exam an hr ago. I’ve took 5 classes this semester; 3 As, 1 C+, and hoping for at least a B+ on my final today…

I haven’t the slightest clue. My teachers have wonky grade scales this semester. I know for sure I have one 4.0 the rest will be 3.5/4.0, 3.5/4.0, and anywhere from a 3.0-4.0. I’ll make the dean’s list once again so I’m a happy panda.

First semester freshman…
four courses/13 credits…
4.0! :D

Next semester I’ll be taking five courses/17 credits.

I know I have at least a C in my lab, a B in organic chem, probably a C/B in math, and I’m hoping for a B in the class I had a final in today. It was a really really bad final. So it’s definitely been a rough semester.

Basically straight B’s (possibly one A). I was told that my gpa would drop a little my first semester at a new school and didn’t totally believe it.

Thank goodness it didn’t drop as much as some peoples. A lot of other people at my school are recent transfers from other schools in the system and are complaining about how it’s the hardest one (because it’s mostly an engineering school, supposedly).

Oh well, there’s always next semester:)

My grades are all borderlines, it’s either B+ or A-! Finals are coming up, so there is more stress on studying to get As on those tests. Hopefully, I raise/maintain my grades! :)

Whoever said senior year is all about fun is wrong, it’s probably the most stressful year ever (for me at least)!

I did better than I thought. 2 A+'s, 3 A’s, and 1 more probable but unconfirmed A. I was pretty damn positive my grades were going to be slaughtered after finals, but whatever. My first semester of college is over.
I’m happy. :)

Horrific. I can only hope to turn things around next semester.

Or flunk out, I guess…

I think I did well. I finished with an A in my Math class, so I opted out of the final. For the rest of my classes I’m expecting a B+, perhaps an A for Science. We’ll see, seeing as I finished my two finals yesterday. And yes, I am glad finals are over and I’m back home. I’m looking forward to next semester, although I’m not looking forward to the back-to-back classes I’ll have to coordinate.

No idea, I just had my first final this morning.

I’m pleased with how I did.

B- in Business Calculus
B in Computers and Their Use (Could have been an A but MyITLab is the worst software known to man)
Still waiting for my grade in philosophy, I’m guesing a B

Since this was my first time back in school in almost a year, I was happy with the way it went. Only took 3 classes since I’m paying out of state tuition.

3.75!!! 4 A’s and 1 B. I get the feeling my courseload isn’t nearly as difficult as ya’lls.

Fairly good. No +/- grades offered in some of my classes so I’m guessing a B in epidemiology and my graduate level technical writing course. B+ or A in a literature course I’m taking at another school…

I did poorly this semester thanks to all of my distractions; had to find full-time employment to pay the bills and take on a caregiver role for my terminally ill grandmother (I’m the closest relative and a CNA). Lots of distractions that will ding my otherwise awesome GPA.

Spring at a new school, fewer distractions as I intend to work part time (or not at all). I’m planning on knocking it out of the park. Hope everyone does better than they anticipated.
