When I click the 'student information' link in Records tab I get a list of my information. However, in that list my 'class' is written as ' Sophomore 30-59 Hours'. I dont get what this means because I will attend Texas A&M as a freshman this coming fall so my class should be 'freshman'. Can somebody explain what is meant by 'Sophomore 30-59 Hours'?

Wow, that’s pretty cool!
Did you turn in your AP scores and college transcripts already?
Because I haven’t and am classified as a Freshman.

For registration and other purposes A&M classifies you as a Sophomore if you have 30-59 hours. Have you taken college courses in high school through your dual credit program or through your community college? This would account for this classification, even if you are a “Freshman”.

ohkay. thanx. Actually I have done ‘A-level’ course which is a british-based high school examination conducted by Cambridge University. Its a really difficult course just like APs. Maybe A&M has given me credits for A-level course.

Hey OP can I know if u sent your Alevel score before or after they admitted you? Thanks
