Howdy Y'all, Chances Please?

Hey guys, I would love to know what you think about my chances!

GPA 4.25 W, 3.85 UW
-last year, AS physics(B,A), AP Langauage(A,A), AP US(A,A), PRE-calculus(B+,A), French IV(A,A)

THis year taking: AP Statistics, AP Literature, AP European History, Economics, Human Biology,

SATs: 2110( W: 720, M: 710, CR: 680)

Ranked 30/461, highly rated public school near san francisco

Solid essay, talking about participation in sports (varsity tennis), despite the fact that I have no fingers on my left hand.

Great Recs,

active in Church, choir(Vice President), service trips in mexico and chicago, national honor society (treasurer), Figure skated nationally for seven years (ranked top ten in nation)

Of course there is more to each EC but that is a rough picture...
Thanks for the advice (other colleges), or just chances!

Since you are out-of-state, I would consider your chances to be slim, only because, out-of-state people have the hardest time.

But apply, you may just make it in by your essay.

AS.

I am also a figure skater and if you are ranked in the top 10 nationally - that is a big deal. I say you have a GREAT chance of getting accepted!
If I get accepted to W & M during RD; I want to start a figure skating team, specifically synchro ! You should definitely apply!!

You have the necessary numbers, and if you explain the ECs well, I think you have a good shot. The ECs will prove you are more than the numbers, which is what W&M wants.

I would say your chances are good (much better than "slim").
