^^ Lmao. That was the image I was going for.

Anyways, I haven't had a plum in over a week. You guys send exercise tips all the time on CC, yoga is merely another form of exercise.

Ha. I did yoga with the videos a few times. NEVER AGAIN! NEVER! Then my aunt had me do this weird yoga/dance/tae bo/pilates crap. It didn't turn out well either.

I guess I should look it up online though.

^ I love Tae Bo! I did it this week during Volleyball conditioning. However, I hate Hip-Hop Abs. The leader guy is too gay, and the moves are just dumb.

The leader guys is too gay*
Coming from someone who is Bi, I now believe it. I think I did it in my last PE class........ There were some movies where the leaders where pretty gay. :)

^ Richard Simmons?

^ He's kind of scary...

No really scary.

^ He gives me nightmares.

^ Me too...

but that's not who I meant. I've never seen these before or again after that class so I have no idea who they are.

I just ate an entire box of dunkin doughnuts by myself in the span of 3 days

running...okay, more like jogging and walking. i dread it, especially when i'm doin it alone. need some new music! cuz i'm constantly gettin bored w/what i have in my ipod

I have too many excuses to not exercise. I like running, but I'm underweight (for real), and since running tends to make people lose weight, I avoid it. If I lose any more weight I'll be in trouble.

I would also like to lift, but all I have are dumbbells. Not to mention most equipment is made for people who are much more physically able than me. In gym class, when we had this weightlifting unit, the teacher had to go digging through the closets to find a lighter bar for the bench press, since the one that was on it was too heavy.

I probably just need someone who can motivate me. At this point, I have no motivation to be more physically fit. I do like cycling, though I question the real fitness value of it. I never feel tired after I ride my bike.

Soccer.

Today we had a killer workout: sprint up the hill, jog back down, do lunges up the hill, jog back down, do rotating push-ups for a minute, do up-downs for a minute. Then we moved to two uphill sprints, two sets of lunges, two minutes of push-ups and two minutes of up-downs. Then to three sprints, three sets of lunges, etc. All the way up to five.

I pretty much almost cried during the last five minutes of up-downs.

What was that argument way back then that musical theater was just as physically demanding as sports? LOL.

If you need motivation, watch some of the Olympic commercials.

I mean, that Samsung commercial with an excerpt of Jacques Rogge's Athens closing speech gets me pumped up lol.

And that Home Depot commercial gets pretty intense too lol.

Seeing other pumped people doesn't motivate me at all. I don't care about ruining my body. That's all they're doing. And my body isn't that good genetically. My knees and elbows creak every time I move them after a period of rest. That stuff doesn't come from not being active. My family has the same problems. I probably couldn't be a good athlete, no matter how hard I trained.

I need to see other string beans who went from being like me to being normal. A bossy coach isn't my thing. I need someone who will listen to motivate me. I'm the free-thinking type. We don't do well on sports teams.

Just recently, I'm doing this 100-push ups program, where you gradually progress in 6 weeks. This program/workout is the only thing that's close to any workout i've done in my entire life, lol

What's a good way to lose fat? I've heard walking/running in different speed intervals...

yoga? haha..

So much cake today...better run like 4 miles tomorrow morning.

In addition to jogging, I do crunches/bicycle crunches, wall sits, leg lifts, and push-ups.

^ I highly recommend crunches and pushups. Classics, but effective.
