And let's not get started on 21 straight hours of powerlifting....

Let's not get started on even an hour of powerlifting, lol.

How do you guys motivate yourselves to actually exercise? I'm just like...no. The few times I've actually tried to get an exercise routine in my life I've quit after a couple months.

I actually like suicides... have a bad knee though so the reaching down and touching the line bit I really don't like, but there is such a rush when you've finished and your like pushing yourself... of course never played like boys competetive basketball, but the suicide drills we did, I kinda liked.

No need to "stay in shape".

My metabolism does that for me. :D (Well, it keeps me from being fat)

thats what I want for hanukkah... a better metabolism xD

lift buckets of fried chicken

Wii Fit. :-)
Ahah, yeah it was my Christmas present.
But nah, I just need to eat healthier...

sitting on the couch n eating extra butter popcorn. soccer is enough for me

Swimming 3x/wk - 2hr morning workouts
Bike/runs - 2x/wk - ~20 mile bike ride, followed immediately by a 3-10 mile run. This is always super-important training for triathletes.
Weights - 2-3x/wk - Simple, hour-long workouts.

^^^^lol! .

i didnt do anything to make much of a difference. i only ran a few times, each session was 15-30 minutes.
