@ hella: I’m not the partying type. Plus, aren’t frat parties for guys? (since I heard fraternities are for guys. Sorry, I don’t know much about these things)

Good! Just got set up in Sellery. There are only two people on my floor for the first two days though. It’s pretty boring. :/

Arrived yesterday evening and met my roomate. Pretty cool guy and seems like we won’t have any real problems. A HUGE bonus is that he’s in the band and has already said I probably won’t see him that often. I’ve run into a few old friends, but haven’t really made any new ones yet. However I’ve been running around to see my advisor and to walmart and some other stuff. There’s a club expo tomorrow that i’m looking forward too. I still plan to transfer to another school next semester but this semester looks like it’ll be pretty good in its own right.

I can’t wait to move in!! A little less than a month still for me

There’s still a month left in summer

I just moved in today, before the storms hits us in new England. It kinda sucks, since were on lockdown and opening activities are cancelled. I’m far from home so I can’t leave. But my roommate offered me to sleep at her house during the storm. So we will see.

I was settling in yesterday pretty well, had a few drinks with some housemates and what not. But my settling has been interrupted by this stupid hurricane. All my housemates either had weekend plans (a couple are going to CA) or wanted to go home for the storm, so I figured I’d go home too so I wouldn’t be alone.

I’m settling in great! My roommate and I get along really well; I’ve never laughed so much in my life. My schoolwork is coming along fine.

I’m still a commuter student, so nothing to move and my classes don’t start until Monday… I HATE the last weekend before classes start. I have the time free, but, I can’t think of anything other than school. Some of my classes automatically post the syllabus online as of 12:01 am Monday, so, I’ll be up refreshing the screen… I think I’ve read the first 5 chapters of every book I have for class. This semester is going to be a tough one, 2 maths, 2 sciences and an elective that turns out it’s with a crazed zealot of a teacher. I just want it to start so I know what I’m dealing with.

Now that sounds fun. A party of only guys. Lol, usually either everyone’s allowed (open parties) or it’s closed to just Greeks. But there are always girls lol, otherwise it would be a pretty lame party.

My move in day is the 17th, and that’s the first move in day… So are first year students just going to miss out on whatever happens on the 16th?

I moved in for band on Friday night. Saturday was one of the worst days ever because we marched in place for about 8 straight hours learning fundamentals. For those one you familiar with the Ohio University 110, you’d know that our step is a little harder to do than OSU’s wimpy chair step! ;)

But then today I started meeting some people and it was good. I’m so sore i can’t move, and i have a marching audition in an hour! Yay!

School starts tomorrow. Set up my schedule so that I only have one class on monday and its in the evening. Went to a welcome week club fair and put my name down for about 3-4 clubs.

oh well i guess there might not be anything going on those days then. i think my sense of time might be skewed. not sure when frats start parties, probably once you guys are all there… that would make more sense.

Frat parties here have started (they started a week or so ago when most people moved into their apartments) but they’ll probably get a lot bigger now as the freshmen move into dorms.

^Parties here have already started as well. Some freshmen have already had some issues and gotten drunk already! (not me though)

if ur a girl u should b careful about getting drunkm b/c i here guys like too take adavanatage of girls who r drunk

rly? u must b kiddin?

whenevr I get drunkm, theirs always lot of guys tryin to walk me home, they seem rly nice
