Does anyone know any Hopkins writers? Musicians? What's it like there if you're not a big science person?

I'm going as probably writing sems, maybe poli sci or international relations. The writing professors there were all amazing, and while some of the students in class didn't seem completely interested, it was the day before a long weekend and many still did. I'm sure that having unqualified profs will NOT be a problem in writing at jhu.

Some stupid people might look down on you for it, I don't know, but it's really just a choice. You have to be comfortable with that choice. I did just as well in science classes/math standardized tests as many of these pre-med /bme kids, I just feel that I won't be majoring in science. If someone wants to look down on me/not respect me because of that, then oh well.. don't really care :)

oh, and the music conservatory is great i hear.. one of the top in the country. I'll take some lessons if it's not too much of a hassle, but it's not the main thing I'll be studying so I don't know much about it.
