does this balance out my low gpa?!!?

Meh…what did you do as the vice president of Interact Club? How did it have a positive impact? All these ECs mean nothing unless you show dedication to them and how you’ve made a positive impact. You need STELLAR ECs in order to balance out a low GPA since GPA carries much more weight than ECs. Work on bringing the grades up and getting a good SAT score, as well as having more of an impact and leadership position in these clubs and activities.

Also, you might want to work on your grammar. “How’s my extracurricular’s?” –> “How are my extracurriculars?”

your ECs look great to me, but they won’t balance out your gpa for, say, ivies or anything. you’re a little unclear on how competitive you’re thinking of, and it really depends on the schools, like how selective they are in general and how much weight they put on ECs vs. grades…
so basically my answer to your question would be yes, they’ll help balance out your gpa, but only so much, depending on where you’re going. good luck! :)

oh boy, i’m not too good at grammar either. Thank you for your advice…I’m not looking to go to any Ivy League. My top is UConn and UDel. possibly Umass

i don’t know uconn or udel but at least for umass i think you’re in a great position. i can’t really judge your gpa since it kind of depends on your high school, but for the colleges you’re looking at your ECs seem like they would make you a good applicant even if your gpa is low. :)
