How's my revised schedule look?

I'm heading in a pre-business major, but I'm also interested in computer science. I have no experience with computer programming.

Math 1A (Olsson)
Histart R1B (There are no teachers listed?)
Compsci 3L (Garcia)
Astron C10 (Filippenko)

= 15 units

Which classes should I sign up for first at CalSO?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

schedule is a-ok

Looks good to me too.

Somebody told me that it's not wise to sign up for classes that start at 9 in the morning. I'm living in Unit 3, so people go to sleep late. Is this something to consider? If so, when's a good time to start classes?

I'm going to be living in Unit 3 and I'm forced to sign up at an 8 AM math class. I think you should be okay!

Don't worry... I had class 9 am MWF and 8 am TuTh and still survived.

I lived in Unit 3 last year and everyone went to sleep at different times. There's no set time that you must go to sleep... people on my floor slept at 10:30 pm or even 5 am.

Whoever said it's not wise to sign up for classes that start at 9 in the morning doesn't seem too wise himself/herself.

9 am isn't that early.

Be firm with your roommate(s) when you need to go to sleep. They can take the party somewhere else.

Buy ear plugs if you need.

Alright, sounds good.

Got a few more questions:
1. I've been deciding between Physics C10 with Mr. Muller and Astronomy C10 with Mr. Filippenko. Both are classes that I've heard many good things about. I'm leaning towards Astronomy because it's an interesting subject that I don't know anything about. However, I heard that it's a difficult class to get an A in. Since I'm taking 16 units my first semester as a college student, which would be a better class to take? Physics C10 is 3 units, so does that mean it is a less difficult course?

I have to fulfill the second half of the R&C requirement, but I don't know which to sign up for. I want to sign up for History of Art because that sounds interesting, but the spots have filled up quickly. The online schedule also doesn't list a teacher. How come? Does anybody have a suggestion for a different class?

Computer Science is something I'm unsure about, even though I'm interested in it. I just learned that a computer science course is no longer a requirement for Haas, so I've got to take that into account. Should I just go ahead and take it? Or should I follow the track for a business major?

I signed up for Astronomy C10 and Math 1A for a total of 8 units at CalSO. Was I right in prioritizing them, or should I change one for an R&C course/other course?

R&C courses are taught by GSIs sometimes so they don't list them until later.

bumpity bump
