^^Yes, especially since you’ve already learned the 1A materia and probably French material alreadyl, you should be fine. People are so negative about English 1A and Rhetoric 1A, but if yo go to the bookstore and check out the books (or efollett.com) you might find somethign that really interests you.

PolSci 1-3 + Classics 10A isn’t too much, right?

^^^You are going to take 3 political science classes your first semester? Why? I can’t think that’s wise. Why limit yourself so early?

I know I want to major in Political Science?

^^^There’s no reason to pile on courses like that your first semester. One or two courses will do fine. You should take Econ 1 instead of one of the polisci courses, or just look through the course listings and find something that strikes your fancy (Philosophy 2 or Philosophy 6 for instance). PoliSci is not a major like EECS or MCB or something where there are heavy prereqs and you need to start focusing so early. You should be exploring now, there is PLENTY of time to go deep into polisci. You need to spread your wings.

Thanks for the tip, I plan on getting some breadth out of the way then.

Finally going for:
Math 1A - Prereq
CS 61A - Prereq
Cog Sci C1
German R5A
