@Hippobirdy I believe that OP will be considered as home schooled, Canadian and international. Given the unusual nature of his transcript Brown will likely default to his home address. Consequently AO will be the Canada regional officer. I have previously provided OP with the contact info via PM for his likely AO so he can confirm and try and establish a dialogue.
Typically the link you point to applies to kids who attend boarding schools in different states or countries than their home. It can also apply to heavily populated states when a student commutes to a day school that is in a different county or region.
