how's rutgers honors college for poli sci

would i get individual attention from professors, lots of high profile internship opportunities, a great name on my diploma when i'm looking to get into grad school and have been provided the opportunities to excel through research to get there?
also, i understand everywhere, especially at big state u's, life is what you make it. i will make the most of every opportunity i'm offered, wherever i go. i really want to go to a top lac, and am especially intrigued by the idea of a women's college, but i'm afraid that my family will not be abel to meet the expected contribution. plus i want to go to grad school and can't be up to my eyeballs indebt right after undergrad. btw, i'm instate for rutgers
also, in looking over rutgers poli sci dept, it seems really quite impressive. any body have some guidance?
?- do honors college students have priority in class scheduling?
