<p>I lived in Spens-Black last semester (Spring 2011). I have to tell you… I really enjoyed it. It’s not filled with transfer students, however, I’m sure that there are transfer students that will be living there. My floor was definitely one of the most wild floors in Spens-Black but it’s nothing too crazy. RA’s usually put their foot down. </p>

<p>Downsides: KIPS! There are so many drunk people at night outside of KIPS. They are annoying… </p>

<p>In addition to imnewhere’s spot on summary, I would say that fire trucks and motorcycles always go up Durant (which is the street half of the rooms face). They are the loudest, most annoying thing ever in the morning.</p>
