How's the campus?

for people who have visited UCI, how's the campus? how is it compared to UCD and UCSD?

its a great campus. Its all in a circular park where there are classrooms on and buildings on the outside and a park on the inside. So its pretty easy to get from class to class

Not as close to the beach as UCSD (from what I remember, haven't been their in a while), and probably has better weather than UCD. It's in a nice little nook near several upscale suburban housing districts (though, not as upscale as La Jolla :P).

It really depends though, locationwise. If you're the type of person who loves UCD's campus and can stand the weather, UCSD and UCI might not appeal to you (they're closer to the Concrete Jungle description, though not so much as Berk or LA).

Anywho, hope that helps!

BackToReality

Although Davis has a bigger campus, Irvine is not bad itself. In Davis, people are bored because there is nothing to do except for coming back to the city, SF which is an hour and a half away or go up to Sactown. Irvine, on the other hand has its Newport, Huntington, and Laguna Beaches. Not to mention LA and San Diego, only forty minutes away. The scenery in the OC is beautiful and so much better than the Davis area.
