How's the science department?

I'm planning to go to DePaul next fall,my major is chemistry with the Pre-med.Can anyone tell how are the science classes, are they pretty challenging or not?Should I consider the Honors college?what about the people overall,I've heard many things about students being unfriendly and not willing to make new relationships,is it true? Please share your experience, thx.

As a commerce student, I’m not too familiar with the science department but I am in the honors college and do believe it’s worth considering. The class sizes are much smaller than the norm and you are surrounded by highly motivated students.

BlueDemonBobo you mentioned that the classes in honors program are small, and I was wondering are they all small with other honors students or some of them and the rest are with regular students??

Most honors classes are capped at 20-25 students. Regarding regular classes, I haven’t had a class with more than about 35 students.
