<p>My stats are:</p>
<p>ACT: 35
SAT Chemistry: 800 Math II: 800 Spanish: 730
Hospital volunteering, doctor shadowing, varsity sports, lots of random volunteering hours, substantial work experience… </p>
<p>Pretty standard. I set up an interview for February!</p>
<p>Oh 4.00 GPA… Most challenging courses possible</p>

<p>You have killer stats, but that is often not enough to get an interview at HPME. Did you have a stand out EC or published research?</p>
<p>No research experience… I think it was more strong commitment to and achievement in multiple sports, volunteer activities, and work. I’d definitely say my application is more well rounded than specific to one activity.</p>

<p>I’m not sure… From what I understand, HPME hands out interviews on a rolling basis, so everyone finds out throughout January and February.</p>

<p>I was wondering did anyone else get their HPME interview notifications yet?
Are all the notifications sent at once?</p>
<p>Furthermore if you’re rejected an interview, are you also emailed? or should you consider not receiving any notification as a rejection?</p>
<p>I’m a senior who also applied. I live in a very… isolated country and I’ve been doing some shadowing whenever I have time during breaks. I’m an IB diploma candidate and I take 4 HLs with the more difficult subjects (Math, Chem, bio, fre B) and I believe my predicted score is 40 points (without bonus). Arg I hope I get an interview at least ^^ I got 2300 on my SAT I and got 760 Bio M, 780 Chem, and 760 Math II. I’m involved with a lot of major ECs (Student council, varsity sports, yearbook, etc.)</p>
<p>Three are invited so far, 2 from the midwest, 1 from the south. Anyone else got invited please share. My theory is the invitations started out with the midwest, then south and eventually east and west coast. So it is really helpful for future applicants if any got invited please share where they are from to confirm/dispute my theory.</p>
