If you’re applying for Engineering major, check this link for NEW application dates starting with the HS class of 2017. NOTE holistic review means everything on the application counts, your auto admit status will ONLY get you in to the university. Jump on those ECs, retakes of SAT/ACT, work harder on your essays & submit sooner than in the past. Good luck!

@AGmomx2 - I just saw this. I applaud TAMU for moving in this direction. It makes no sense to take up freshmen Engineering slots for top-ten-percent admits who are unlikely to make it. And other students more likely to succeed will be able to be admitted into Engineering. Your advice should be heeded by all those juniors interested in 2017 Engineering at TAMU.
